Westitch prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming,
sexualization of minors, and any content or behavior that facilitates exploitation.
Prohibited Content and Behavior
- Any sexual content involving a minor, or content that depicts, promotes, or encourages the sexual exploitation of a minor.
- Any attempt to sexualize a minor, including suggestive or fetish content involving a minor.
- Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to obtain sexual content from a minor (including "send nudes" requests).
- Sharing or requesting CSAM/CSAE, or linking to external sites/services to obtain or distribute it.
- Any instructions or coordination that facilitates exploitation or trafficking of minors.
Enforcement
We may take the following actions when we detect or receive reports of CSAE-related activity:
- Remove content and restrict visibility.
- Warn, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts.
- Preserve relevant information as required for legal compliance and investigations.
- Report apparent CSAM/CSAE to relevant authorities where legally required.
